Welcome to my blog! This has been a busy summer for me. I just finished book nine in the Mule Hollow series and it was a fast and furious ride. Am now busy working on proposals for book ten. Summer is also the time for national conferences and I love the RWA and ACFW conference--especially since my writing schedule had been so heavy it was nice to get out of the house and hang out with my writing buddies and meet some wonderful readers too. I met several fans of Mule Hollow at both conference book signings and loved hearing what each of them enjoyed about the books. That's the reason I've decided to open this blog because I wanted to be able to communicate more easily with everyone.

Over the next few weeks I'll be getting the hang of this blogging gig so hang in there and check back often as I settle into a routine and work out the kinks. Also I'm heading to the Grand Canyon next week and hope to write about the trip some. I'll also be talking about my books and what I'm working on but for now it's time to write! If you stop in feel free to ask questions and I'll be happy to answer. I'm going to be holding contest too--though I'm still working on how all of this works I will get the hang of it.
God Bless,
Debra

Welcome to blog-dom, Debra.

I had a blast laughing with you and Linda Kozar after the ACFW banquet!! I pray this blog thing goes well for you. I'm still feeling my way through the blog-gone thing, wondering if I really have anything to say worth other people's time. Time will surely tell.

Blessings and more!

Hi Jennifer!!!!
I had a blast hanging out with you too. I'm horrible with names and can't see your picture clearly but if you were the one who had the "accident" you had me in stitches!

I'm with you on the blogging and not knowing much about it. I was afaid I wouldn't have anything to say or the time to say it if I did. However I wanted to be able to connect with my readers on a more personal way so this is basically for the people who visit my website and if it grows then that's great too. Thanks for being my first comment whoo-hoo! Now I'm going to go see if I can find yours.
Blessings!

It is ironic that I started reading your book Next Door Daddy last night and finished it this morning, the third anniversary of my late husbands passing. I greatly enjoyed your book and it gave me a sense of peace that I haven't had in three years. I am looking forward to more of your books on Mule Hollow. Thank you, Carol

Carol, First, I'm so sorry to hear about your husband. Since you read NEXT DOOR DADDY you know how I feel about being a part of the widow's club and how I didn't want to be a member. I poured my heart and soul into that book and did some healing in the process myself. This is my 5th year as a widow and writing NEXT DOOR DADDY was a way of sharing my love for my husband while also sharing God's love for me during this time. I prayed I would help other widows as I wrote it so it blesses me to know I helped you find some peace. Bless you and may God keep you close always.

Hi Princessdebo,
Thanks for stopping by! Froggies pad must be a Love Inspired book club member. The book club members get the books 1 to 2 months early. It's a book club perk and I love it because I'm always glad to get a feel for how everyone likes the book before it hits the shelves so I'm always glad when the first emails come rolling in. As a member of the club you receive all four books for that month at a slightly reduced price than you would pay at the stores...I believe that's right. There are offers inside the books to join or you can sighn up at eharlequin.com
NEXT DOOR DADDY hits the shelves in January and so far readers are all saying good things which just blesses my heart!
Have you read any of the other Mule HOllow books?
Thanks for stopping in!!!
Blessings to you and thanks for stopping in!
